The hotel has a fantastic location. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful, you can get whatever you can think of and everything is tasty and fresh. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Everyone was nice and patient.

Friendly staff and great location. The building is beautiful. We got a noisy room that they changed immediately for us to a quieter one. The room was big and had a little balcony.

Central location, easily walkable to sights.and stunning views from the 6th floor. Numerous shops within the vicinity. Spacious room with sofa and TV, hairdryer, kettle and fridge, towels, iron and toiletries. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and shower spacious and hot. The staff were very good and the hotel was very clean and has a beautifully designed bar area. I didn't eat or buy a drink so I can't comment on that.

Small rooms, but our room was located directly under the breakfast room. Every morning hearing the moving of tables and chairs was unbelievable loud and very disturbing. Be very aware when choosing your room. Staff are very good.

The location is PERFECT - walking distance to most attractions, Tivoli Gardens and very close to all public transport options. The Hotel itself was beautiful and classy, we loved staying there and will do so again in the future.
